It’s Finally Over
6 papers all done. Finally. Now, the torture of waiting for the results to get to my home. I don’t think I knew what I wrote today. Basically, I didn’t really study for this paper. I wonder if the marker can read my handwriting. I know my handwriting is unbalanced.
Just writing "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" can result in the word "the" with different sized "t". Maybe I should keep a journal and start practising today, no, tomorrow on my handwriting.
Woke up with slight fever, 36.8ÂșC. I couldn’t visit the doctor as the paper as in the morning and the doctor doesn’t arrive at 8.30am when she is supposed to. The last few times I had visited the doctor, I had to wait till 9.30am for my turn. Provided that I was the 1st in line.
During the 2 hours, I was shivering by 11am. Brr. Still, there were some more things to write, my effort on trying to gain more marks. Finally, I couldn’t think anymore and left just before 12pm. Nature calls. Had to drink more water to bring down my temperature.
Took the bus home because the clinic only opens at 2pm. I took some lunch and set off earlier so that I could be the 1st patient. I reached there 1st. I could have been the 1st patient but to my indignation, the doctor only starts seeing patients at 7pm! There I was, running a fever and that doctor changed her/his schedule! I was tired and out of breath because of the short walk. Now, walks can be tiring for anyone who is running a fever. My back was aching. I was too tired to walk to the other clinic that was on the other end of the road. I went home.
Took some liang teh and hopefully sleep it off. Now that I’m awake, I still have aching in my back. I think I’m running a fever again. Time for that anti-fever pill.
